Musical salvage makes the world go round

Call it recycling, repurposing or whatever you wish...the idea of taking something old & putting it to a new use is a brilliant one.



This is a legitimate recording studio built from a grain silo, as part of an interactive public art program in 2007 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Lots of recycled & salvaged materials, the studio is partially powered by solar panels. I have to imagine the acoustics take some getting used to but the look is definitely great.
