Excello porcelain child's feeding dish, Bo Peep theme (c 1940s)

Description

What a sweet child's warming dish that dates to the 1940s. Ceramic with a chromium base and bakelite handles. Original cork. Designed to hold hot water to keep the contents warm. Divided to keep their food from touching in case there was a finicky eater involved. Marked "Excello Chromium Made in USA" on the bottom.

CONDITION:

Good vintage condition.Possibly unused because the design has not faded. Some crazing in the porcelain and scuffs on the chromium bottom, all of which are age-related. Small split in the metal rim which can be seen in the last photo.

SPECIFICS:

Measures: 10.5" across the handles. Dish is 8" in diameter x 2" high
