STANDARD SHIPPING INFO:
- Orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt, often more quickly.
- Transit times are managed by the carrier but typically run 5 - 10 days depending on the destination.
- We will pick up the shipping cost on U.S. orders that total $150 or more
- High value items or items shipped to business or apartment addresses may require a signature confirmation.
- At the present time, we are not offering international shipments.
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address so please look it over before hitting the "buy" button.
Recycled/repurposed packaging is used whenever possible. If you are purchasing something as a gift, please let us know so we can ship it in a new box.
- In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged from the shipping company, please report it to us within 2 days of receipt. Please retain the original shipping box and packaging materials. We will require additional information and photos of the damaged package in order to file a claim. In some cases, the shipping carrier will come to retrieve the package to finish a claim.
Damage claims must be made by contacting our shop, NOT the shipping carrier. If you have any questions about the process, please contact us. Refunds on damaged packages can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier.
REMINDER: We are unable to file a claim with the carrier beyond the 2 days of delivery window so will not be able to honor a claim submitted to us later than that.
