Offering a delicate tatted lace heart encased in an oak shadowbox-type frame. Purchased in the 1990s. Stamped label on back reads: "TATTING: lace made by hand...one tiny knot at a time. THE MAD TATTER. J. Felzien/Lincoln, Nebraska
Measures: 3" square x a bit under 1" deep. Excellent vintage conidiotn.
