Vintage "George W. Horner Eclairs" tin (c 1950s)
Vintage "George W. Horner Eclairs" tin. The embossed gold tin features a grecian style design with a winged cupid presenting a gift to a lovely woman. The Paper label on the front indicates the tin once held 7 oz of an assortment of "eclairs" with a sweet chocolate filling. The candies must have been wrapped because the inside is clean. Dates to the '50s.
Measures: 5" wide x 2.5" tall x 4" deep. Gold with pale blue and white designs on four sides & the lid. The bottom is stamped "Horner". Nice advertising tin in very good condition.

CONDITION:
Very good vintage condition. Clean inside. Slight fading on the top. A portion of the paper label is missing which can be seen in the photos.
