Red Wing beater jar, country store, Winner So. Dak. (c 1920s)

Antique Red Wing stoneware country store advertising crock. Creamy glazed finish with a blue band around the top. A square-bordered label on the front reads "COMPLIMENTS OF PETERS 7 BACKEBERG. "THE STORE AHEAD" WHERE YOUR DOLLARS HAVE MORE CENTS. WINNER So DAK".Circa 1920s.

Measures 5" tall, 4.5 " in diameter.  Excellent condition with minor loss of glaze and pitting. Shelf wear on the bottom. No cracks or major flaws.
