Offering a small embossed German beer stein that sports an embossed pewter lid. The two pictorial panels that flank the handle read "1st immer ab der theke" and "der schonste platz" which translate to "1st always at the counter" and "the most beautiful place" sound like an ad for the bar featured in the middle panel. Stamped "Made in Germany" and marked 3054 and 21 on the bottom with an additional mark that is assumed to be the factory mark. Measure 6.75" to the top of the lid and 5" to the end of the handle.  Purchased in Germany in the 1960s.
