Vintage sewing basket, painted floral decoration (c 1920s)

Description

Offering a vintage woven basket, circa 1920's, probably used for sewing.

The basket's lid is painted in a lovely floral design with pale green painted trim around the lip of the the lid & base. The interior is lined with a floral paper which was glued to the bottom many years ago.

The basket measures 7" in diameter and 2" tall. The colors are soft and original. Very good vintage condition. (The other baskets shown in the last photo are also for sale in my shop, in case you'd like to start an instant basket collection.)

Very good vintage condition. No cracks or splits.
