Offering an early metal candle snuffer, possibly tin or iron with an faded gilt overlay. Hand braised ruffled lip on the bell and a decorative twisted handle.  Nice primitive accent piece. (Sorry, the candle shown is not included.)

CONDITION:

Very good vintage condition. Definitely used because there is still some candle wax on the lip.

Measures: 10" long. Bell is 2" in diameter at the base.
