Antique folk art frame containing "Mother Love" print, hand carved (c 1900s)

Charming example of a vintage folk art frame. Hand carved with an interesting fan design in the four corners. Original gold paint on the thick wooden frame complements a sweet Victorian "Mother Love" print. Perhaps this was the perfect Mother's Day present around the turn of the century?

Measures 18" x 16" at the widest points & was designed to hold a 12" x 10" picture. In good, as-found condition.
